Going through life we meet people, share experiences, and learn to love one another.  Is it wrong to want to share your life with people you care about?

Ok, so here is where I’m going.  We all have friends, acquaintances, family and co-workers right? Don’t we also have those we just tolerate to be around?  Is it wrong to not want to hang with these people?

I myself know that these peoplel tend to just bring me down, so I choose not to spend a whole lot of time trying to understand their drama, or the issues they face.

I like to surround myself with energy, good energy.  It seems to just lift me up when nothing else will.

A blog I just started reading has a group he calles “The Core.” 

I like that, We probably all have this group.  A “core” group we call our friends.

I shouldn’t feel bad for not wanting to socialize with some. I guess it’s the Libra in me.  I always want balance, peace and harmony.  Oh and world peace.

Outside that is?  If not, you need to go now! I wish I had shorts on!  Of course, some would say this is pneumonia weather. 

Right now, I wouldn’t care! Life would be wonderful if the weather was sunny and 70 degrees most of the time.

To the gym that is.

Yes, it’s that time of year.  You know the time people start making those resolutions.  You know, the ones that they swear off sweets for a while so they lose a few lbs.  Or maybe said were going to the gym and sticking to a diet and fall off about two weeks into it.

I have made my resolution. One! Only one. I need to lose this gut! So I went to the gym today.  You’d be proud of me.  I jogged two miles in 34 minutes.

So here’s to the new me. I hope to not fall in a few weeks. I hope to at least update my progress each week.

I know, not quite the best diet. Hell at least I’m honest.

or is it cold outside?   Burr! I am freezing! Can someone turn the heat back up?  I looked at the thermometer for outside and it reads 20 degrees!

Then I went to weather.gov and the low for tonight is 11.

If it is going to be this cold, there shoudl be snow on the ground!

It is a daily regimen.  Many people use them for business, many for personal, many use them in place of the home phone.

Yes, I am talking about cell phones.

How many of you use them instead of a home phone?  Do you put your number down for everything you sign up for?  Bills, Sweepstakes, etc…?  How about those anonymous calls that come up unavailable or restricted?

I’m sick and tired of my number being dialed and not knowing who is on the other line!

I am not going to answer my cell phone for no number I do not know!  Hello, did you know you are calling me during peak time and using MY precious minutes that I am paying for?  Did you know I have a voicemail box you can leave a message and tell me who you are?

I’ll be more than glad to talk to you if I know who it is.  Otherwise, QUIT HARASSING ME!!!!

How these people get my number I do not know!  I have a home phone and it’s the number I put down for all contact information.

It’s time for an upgrade.  I’ve was eligble for an upgrade in September.  However, it wasn’t a good time financially.  Now I can afford it and was going to go for the LG Dare. Then verizon put a kink in my decision.

Verizon has announced a new blackberry phone that should rival the Iphone.  oh what to do, what to do.

Dear Far Sighted,

While I really appreciate your passion for your right sighted views. I also greatly respect you decision to follow that path.  However, please don’t just dump your off the wall remarks on my ears.

Even though I hear the words coming out of your mouth, they flow in one ear and out the other. 

Grant it, I don’t voice my opinions over yours.  I should.  It’s probably out of fear that I dont’ have enough information to back up what I say.  Or, I just would rather not argue over it.

BTW, did you know you work with a gay man?  So what do you have to say now?  Thought so.

It feels good today to know Alabama is now ranked number 2.  LSU is underneath them by one.  They are number 3.  My fellow blogger Brett is a HUGE LSU fan.  I bet he isn’t liking the fact that LSU is below Alabama. 

Yes, indeed, I am bragging a bit.  Who wouldn’t though? Alabama hasn’t been this good in quite some time.  I’m thinking that Alabama and the Tennessee Titans are going to go all the way this year!

Of course, I could be counting my chickens before they hatch.  It’s fun though.
